Race day moves fast, and our volunteers make it happen. From packet pickup to the finish chute. Groups, clubs, and first-timers all welcome.
Powered By Community
We donate to local groups, and if able, they help us bring every race to life. From assisting with course setup, water stations, packet pickup, and more. It is one of the ways we authentically integrate into the communities we race in.
We love partnering with local youth groups, high school sports teams, college clubs, ROTC programs, etc that are already part of the communities where we run. If that sounds like your group, we would love to hear from you.

Help lay out signage, barriers, start/finish infrastructure, and the details that make a course safe and beautiful.
Water Stations
Staff the hydration points where runners need it most — cheering, pouring, and keeping every mile fueled.
Packet Pickup
Greet runners, hand out bibs and shirts, and set the tone before race day even starts.
Finish Line Crew
Medal distribution, flow control, and the best view of every PR and first-timer finish.

If you are not part of a group but are interested in volunteering, that is an option too. We love all the help we can get to ensure a smoothly run event.
